Hurt Your Eyes

This is right before the babies were born, my sweet mom came to help me the last few weeks, she kept on telling me that I looked good. Only recently has she told me how much her eyes hurt to look at me and how she would only look at me from the shoulders up.
CCs birthday party last year. I just keep thinking about how much I love and am grateful to not be hurting and to be able to move without enormous amounts of willpower. So eat it up people, be glad it wasn't you, but I love that I DID this!

  1. I can't get over how amazing you do look from the shoulders up! You did your hair and make-up--I almost never do that, especially when I'm pregnant. While I don't envy you growing three babies all at once, I have to say, you handled it with amazing grace.

This post reminded me that we've now been here for over a year. I was so so sad to leave before you had your babies. So glad you're blogging now so I can at least keep up a little.

  5. Ok, seriously, I don't remember you being that big - maybe b/c it was gradual?? Maybe I'm just used to looking at your svelte body now?? But, as beautiful as you are -- you still look sooo uncomfortable. Glad that portion of the journey is over for you!

  7. HAHAHA Just discovered your blog via your fb page Sherry - remember me? Rachael Robinson? Anyway, for carrying three babies you truly looked amazing! It barely looks like you're pregnant in your face - something that many can't say when they're pregnant with only one. :) By the way, I was SO happy when I found out that children had finally started coming to you. I remember distinctly you saying in relief society when I was in your ward (you were president) that you had recently received the impression that a miracle would be coming in your life - and soon. Come it did! You and Nate are amazing! How lucky you all are - you and your children to have each other.
